1st "Partial Team" workout

wow, it has been 4 hours since the workout and I am still feeling Jacked Up. Gozo told me about the cycling class and the workout room over at the Y and I must say I was interested in checking it out. So after making plans the day was finally here. The night before I had gone out of course, had a few drinks but nothing to heavy. Finally got to sleep around 1 am. Saturday morning the alarm clock went off at 7 am and the first thing that came to mind was, "what the bleep am I doing".

Rolled out of bed and headed to chandler. I arrived with curiosity. I never rode on a stationary bike longer than 10 minutes. We arrived in a small room with numerous bikes and there was no turning back. to make a long story short It was soooo intense that I could not keep up with the different types of riding the instructor was going over. I did though continue riding until the very end. I was impressed with Gozo's endurance on the bike. I guess all that riding paid off.

So it was finally over and I swear i couldn't feel my legs but it did not end there. We finally hit the weight room. Started off with elevated push ups and light lifting. I thought it was pretty funny that with each machine or weight we went to one of us excelled while the other found it challenging. We went through each set as if we were showing off as contestants of the worlds strongest man competition, but at the end of the day we definitely got a good work out. Tough Mudder is going to come up shortly and we better be ready! I was really impressed with the equipment at the Y Blew gold's gym out the water. Until next time......

  1. You forgot to mention the part about you wheezing and passing out on the floor! JK you did great and it was a lot of fun to have you there. I can see how much it would cost for just that class a month if you'd like me to - or just keep coming as a visitor.
