Posting

Okay Chuckers let's get this thing going!!

There is no time to waste - let us all know how you plan to attack this thing.  What are your training goals, what changes are you going to make to diet, what is working, what needs changing, etc.  This blog is for all of us.  Those of you who posted your profiles now know how to post (no need to change the date anymore).  The only thing I would ask that you start doing is when posting please add your alias as the label (lower left of the posting screen - if you click show all yours may be in there already).
